I was just trying to look through paint colors and compare a few options, but the site made it feel way more frustrating than it needed to be. Some pages seemed to take a while to load, and the filters didn’t feel very smooth or easy to use, so I kept having to click around more than I wanted. A few times it felt like I was getting sent in circles instead of actually narrowing anything down. The store information was decent enough once I found it, but the overall browsing experience wasn’t great and felt kind of clunky.

There were a ton of colors to go through, and I was like wait, is this actually going to, anyway, the match ended up being way closer than I expected. Really glad I tried it first.

And somehow, amazingly, the inventory was actually correct when I got there, so I didn’t get to enjoy the usual wasted trip. I also found a few other supplies that were in stock too. Overall, it was easy and saved me some time, which I guess is all I can ask for.

I called and emailed twice, but no one ever replied. Because of that, I ended up wasting time waiting around and trying to follow up. Frustrating experience.

I’ve bought paint from sherwin-williams a few times for projects around the house, the paint itself has been really good. It goes on smooth and covers well, so I’m not standing there at midnight questioning my life choices after the fourth coat.

The only real plot twist is the price. It can definitely sting compared to other stores, but if you wait for a sale or grab a coupon, suddenly it feels a lot less tragic and more like a reasonable home improvement decision.

Overall, I’d say the value is solid, just not exactly cheap. I’d buy from them again, especially when there’s a deal, because good coverage saves me time, patience, and probably a small emotional breakdown.

I had a good experience here. The staff seemed to really know their stuff, and I noticed they asked the right questions instead of just pointing me to a random can of paint. Once they figured out the pattern of what I was working on, they helped me pick the right paint quickly. Made the whole process a lot easier

Ordered paint on Sherwin-Williams and it was ready the same day, which was nice. Pickup dragged a bit though, and they seemed confused finding my order. Not awful, just not smooth. I’d use it again if I wasn’t in a hurry.
